Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Service Engineer to carry out servicing work on a temporary basis in Leeds. This is a service-only position, focused on maintaining essential systems within properties.

Key Requirements:

* HTR1 certification (essential).
* CKR1 certification (preferred).
* Proven experience in servicing domestic systems efficiently and safely.
* Ability to work independently and complete services to a high standard.

Role Details:

* Perform servicing tasks across properties in Leeds.
* Ensure all work complies with relevant safety and quality standards.
* Report on completed services and any issues identified.
* Maintain professional and courteous interactions with tenants when required.
