Job Title - Estimator / Quantity Surveyor
Location: Halifax
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 plus package

Our client is a specialist roofing company offering a range of roof installation services for commercial properties.

Our client, a leading roofing company, is looking for an experienced Estimator / Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Halifax. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a reputable company that specialises in residential and commercial roofing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare accurate and detailed estimates for roofing projects.
* Manage costs, budgets, and schedules for multiple projects.
* Assess and measure materials required for projects.
* Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
* Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience in estimating and quantity surveying within the construction or roofing industry.
* Strong knowledge of roofing materials and techniques.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Package:

* Competitive salary of £50,000 - £55,000.
