Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee the management and delivery of multiple cladding contracts across various sites.
* Coordinate with site teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
* Monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues, and provide regular updates to senior management.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
* Manage client relationships and pursue business development opportunities.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Contracts Manager, ideally within the cladding industry.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously.
* Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations, with a commitment to high standards of quality.
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across multiple sites.
