Job Description: Civil Estimator

We are seeking a skilled Civil Estimator to join a leading construction and infrastructure company specializing in a wide range of civil engineering projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in the preparation of accurate and competitive cost estimates for tenders, ensuring profitability and project success.

Key Responsibilities:

* Analyze project plans, specifications, and requirements to develop detailed cost estimates.
* Conduct site visits and collaborate with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather essential data.
* Prepare tender documentation, including bills of quantities and pricing schedules.
* Identify cost-saving opportunities and assess potential risks.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, materials, and construction techniques.
* Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure clear communication of project requirements.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in estimating within the civil engineering or construction sector.
* Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and contracts.
* Proficiency in estimating software and MS Office applications.
* Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
* Relevant qualifications in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
