Role Overview:
As a Document Controller, you will play a pivotal role in managing, controlling, and organising documentation using Procure Software. You'll ensure that all project-related documents are efficiently stored, tracked, and distributed to stakeholders in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Efficient management and control of project documentation, including contract and procurement-related documents.
* Utilise Procure Software to track, store, and retrieve key project data and documents.
* Work closely with project managers, contractors, and other teams to ensure seamless document flow.
* Maintain version control, ensuring all stakeholders have access to the most up-to-date information.
* Ensure compliance with relevant standards, processes, and audit requirements.

About You:

* Solid experience in document control, with a focus on construction or engineering sectors being advantageous.
* Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Procure Software.
* Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
