Our client are a thriving company within the construction industry, known for delivering high-quality projects and fostering a supportive work environment. They are looking for a talented Accounts Assistant to join their team and play a key role in their finance operations.

What You'll Be Doing:

* Collaborating closely with the Finance Manager to ensure smooth financial processes.
* Supporting the wider team with accurate reporting and financial tasks.
* Utilizing Sage to manage accounts and maintain financial records.
* Assisting with invoicing, reconciliations, and budget tracking.

What We're Looking For:

* Minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role.
* Knowledge and hands-on experience with Sage (essential).
* Experience in the construction industry (highly desirable).
* Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
