Key Responsibilities

🔹 Communication and Coordination

* Answer phone inquiries and direct calls professionally.
* Keep diaries and schedules updated for staff, directors, and events.
* Liaise with suppliers, clients, and subcontractors to maintain seamless communication.

🔹 Event and Travel Planning

* Assist with corporate events, meetings, and special occasions (LFC matches, Grand National, and more).
* Handle invites, guest lists, and booking arrangements.
* Coordinate travel, including hotel reservations for directors and clients.

🔹 Administrative Excellence

* Manage office supplies, uniforms, and stationery stocks.
* Organize and archive documents, files, and contracts.
* Assist with expense reporting, invoices, and payment processing.

🔹 Fleet Management

* Monitor and schedule company vehicle repairs and checks.
* Prepare reports on mileage and maintenance.

🔹 Support and Collaboration

* Provide administrative support to directors and staff.
* Prepare wage files and update company records.
* Minute meetings and assist with construction program logs.
