What You'll Do

As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you'll work closely with an experienced team, gaining valuable hands-on experience in managing costs and contracts for a variety of exciting projects. Your role will include:

* Assisting in the preparation of cost estimates, tenders, and budgets.
* Supporting the measurement and valuation of works.
* Helping with subcontractor procurement and contract administration.
* Conducting site visits and supporting project progress evaluations.
* Assisting with financial reporting and managing project variations.

What We're Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should have:

* A degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* Strong numerical and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
* A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
* Some knowledge of the construction or façade industry (desirable but not essential).
