Your Role: What You'll Be Doing

Develop Accurate Cost Estimates: Analyze specifications, blueprints, and materials specific to drylining projects to produce detailed and competitive estimates.

Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with project managers, suppliers, and contractors to ensure that estimates align with project needs, budgets, and high-quality standards.
*

Conduct Thorough Cost Analysis: Account for all project costs-including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor fees-providing transparent and reliable estimates.
*

Stay on Top of Market Trends: Keep up with industry pricing trends, especially in drylining, adjusting estimates as needed to remain competitive.
*

Client-Facing Support: Work directly with clients to discuss project specifications, budgets, and timelines, offering expert advice and tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Proven experience as an estimator with a focus on drylining

Strong understanding of drylining materials, methods, and best practices

Proficiency with estimating software and excellent attention to detail
