Our client, a leading contractor in the construction industry, is seeking a skilled and motivated Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team.



Key Responsibilities:

* Managing costs and budgets for cladding, roofing, and facades projects from inception to completion.
* Preparing accurate cost estimates, procurement strategies, and final accounts.
* Conducting value engineering and cost analysis to ensure financial efficiency.
* Collaborating closely with the project teams to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure quality standards are met.
* Maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
* Preparing tender documents and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the cladding, roofing, or facades sectors.
* Strong knowledge of relevant construction contracts and cost management processes.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar.
