Project Architect | £30,001 - £40,000 | Liverpool, Merseyside

Are you a Project Architect ready to lead exciting projects? Our client specialises in Residentail, Commercial and Industrial developments.

Role Overview:

* Oversee projects across all RIBA stages, from design to completion.
* Coordinate technical requirements and manage design outcomes.
* Work on diverse projects including Residential, Commercial, and Industrial buildings.

Requirements:

* Full UK driving license.
* Ideally 3+ years post-qualification experience.
* ARB/RIBA registered.
* Strong design skills and UK building regulations knowledge.
* Experience managing teams is a bonus.
* Client-facing with excellent presentation skills.
* Proficiency in MicroStation or ArchiCAD is preferred (training provided if needed).
