One of the UK'S leading building contractors has an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager to join their North West business.

As a leading contractor in the region, they pride themselves on delivering exceptional results and exceeding client expectations. This is your opportunity to be a part of a dynamic team where your skills and expertise will be valued and rewarded.

Due to the award of several new projects, they are currently strengthening their team with the addition of an experienced Project Manager to deliver projects within the Healthcare, Education and Blue Light sectors.

As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing on-site construction activities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for coordinating with project stakeholders, managing resources, and enforcing safety protocols to create a safe and productive work environment.

Experience and skills required:

* Proven experience working for Main Contractors
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* In-depth knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices.
* Familiarity with construction management software and tools.
* Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
* Proficiency in using Asta Power Project is desirable
