Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our client's dynamic team. . You'll play a key role in managing costs, ensuring project profitability, and upholding the company's high standards across a range of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Preparing, managing, and reporting on project costs to ensure adherence to budgets
* Conducting site visits to measure and assess completed work
* Negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers to secure favorable terms
* Overseeing project financials from initiation through to completion
* Producing accurate financial reports and managing forecasts
* Collaborating closely with project teams to provide cost analysis, risk assessment, and financial advice
* Ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and industry standards

About You:

* Proven experience in quantity surveying within construction
* Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
* Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
* Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying or a related field are preferred
