Our client is looking for an experienced Commercial Manager with a strong background in drylining to join their team. This flexible role is open to both freelance and permanent candidates, with a competitive salary tailored to experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage all commercial aspects of drylining projects from bid stage to completion.
* Oversee budgets, control costs, and ensure contract profitability.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring top-tier service.
* Negotiate and manage supplier and subcontractor agreements for cost efficiency.
* Provide detailed financial and progress reports to senior management.

Requirements

* Proven experience in commercial management, specifically in the drylining sector.
* Strong financial and contract management skills.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational abilities.
