Multi Skilled Joiner

Exciting opportunity within one of the fastest growing housing associations in Liverpool for an experienced Multi Skilled Joiner.

Our client is one of the fastest growing housing associations across the northwest with ongoing exciting opportunities.

They are now recruiting for a multi skilled joiner to join their repairs and maintenance team.

Rate: £19.00 per hour PAYE UMBRELLA

Your Duties will include:

* Responding to reactive maintenance needs / repairs by appointment
* Carry out multi - trade maintenance (Plumbing, plastering and tiling)
* Complete all aspects of joinery work internally and externally to both void and tenanted properties

Requirements:

* NVQ L2 / City and Guilds in Joinery (must be able to provide proof of qualifications)
* Basic Plumbing, plastering, tiling etc
* Have substantial experience in joinery, maintenance and construction within the social housing industry

* Hold a full UK driving licence
* CSCS card desirable
* Obtain good customer care skills
