Site Manager

A leading construction company with a proven track record of delivering high-quality building projects in the Residential and Commercial sectors are looking for a Site Manager to join their team.

Projects typically range from £2-£7m and include high end bespoke houses, apartments, offices, healthcare facilities and care homes.

The Site Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing construction projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors, managing on-site personnel, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the construction process.

The successful candidate should have a solid track record as a Site Manager and have delivered a wide range of Residential and Commercial projects.

You will also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders. A sound understanding of construction methods and materials is necessary, along with the ability to interpret technical drawings accurately. Prioritizing health and safety on-site is crucial. Adaptability in fast-paced environments and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently are essential.
