Quantity Surveyor

My client are a leading, award-winning construction and property maintenance company with a long-standing reputation within the industry. They deliver a wide-range of services including planned and reactive maintenance, fit-out, refurbishment, housing, education, commercial, and healthcare projects.



They are recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team and work on projects across the North West.



As the Quantity Surveyor, you'll be responsible for:

* Ensuring projects are delivered on time and to budget.
* Reviewing project costs for accuracy and addressing any discrepancies.
* Evaluating, pricing, negotiating, and finalising budgets and costs for project scope changes
* Developing and maintaining procurement schedules.
* Developing and nurturing subcontractor relationships and overseeing the management of subcontract packages.
