Intermediate Estimator

My client are a growing north west based main contractor delivering projects across a multitude of sectors including PRS and student accommodation schemes, education, retail, refurbishment, industrial, and commercial, with values of up to £10m.



They are now recruiting for an Assistant/Intermediate Estimator to join their team.



Role overview:

* As an Assistant/Intermediate Estimator, you'll be essential in helping to facilitate the execution of tenders.
* Your primary focus will be on estimating tasks. This position presents an excellent opportunity to develop in your career. You will be assisting the Senior Estimator in pricing competitive and negotiated tenders, whilst developing your skill set.



Further duties to include:

* Assist with the for the production of tenders, budget estimates and cost plans.
* Helping to review of bid documents, drawings, specifications, and other reports applying a good understanding of all components of a tender submission.
* Assist in identify any financial, design, production, and contractual risks/opportunities.
* Working with the team to analyse all received/submitted tenders
