Our client is seeking a talented Multi-Utility Quantity Surveyor to join their team!

About the Company:

The Role:
As a Multi-Utility Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the financial and contractual aspects of their utility projects. Your duties will include:

* Cost planning, budgeting, and forecasting
* Managing project finances from start to finish
* Conducting valuations, final accounts, and variations
* Ensuring contract compliance and providing financial advice to stakeholders
* Liaising with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery

What We're Looking For:

* Experience in the multi-utility sector (gas, water, electricity, fibre)
* Strong knowledge of NEC, JCT, or similar contracts
* Ability to manage budgets, track costs, and ensure cost efficiency
* Excellent communication skills and commercial acumen
* Relevant qualifications (degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying)
