Rate: £250.00 per day

Project Overview:

* A specialist external restoration company is seeking a skilled Site Manager to oversee a commercial high-rise external project in Birmingham. The role involves managing a team of cladders and ensuring that work progresses smoothly, meets quality standards, and complies with all health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and lead cladding operations on a high-rise building.
* Oversee all on-site activities and ensure deadlines are met.
* Collaborate with subcontractors and site personnel.
* Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in managing external or high-rise construction projects.
* Familiarity with brick slip systems is highly desirable.
* Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
* Freelance status and eligible to work as a contractor.
