Our client, a leader in the construction industry, is seeking a talented Estimator to join their team!

As an Estimator, you will bring your civil expertise to a range of exciting projects, ensuring precise cost estimation and efficient project planning. You will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and suppliers to deliver accurate estimates that drive successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop detailed cost estimates for civil engineering projects, including roadworks, utilities, earthworks, and infrastructure.
* Analyse drawings, specifications, and technical documentation to prepare accurate bid proposals.
* Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and ensure project requirements are met.
* Assess project risks, timelines, and budgets to ensure optimal project performance.
* Stay current with industry standards, materials, and construction methods.

About You:

* Proven experience as an Estimator in civil construction projects.
* Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and industry standards.
* Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Proficiency in estimation software, CAD tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
* A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
