Position: Office Fit Out Project Manager

Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 per annum

Location: Manchester

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Working Hours: Office-based, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Start Date: ASAP

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for delivering exceptional office fit out projects? We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading company in the construction and office fit out industry, who is seeking a talented Project Manager to join their dynamic team in Manchester.

Key Responsibilities:

* Project Management: Oversee the entire office fit out project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
* Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client needs and expectations are met.
* Sub-Contractor Coordination: Manage and coordinate sub-contractors, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines.
* Budgeting and Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. Monitor and report on project progress and financials.
* Problem-Solving: Address any issues or challenges that arise during the project, implementing solutions swiftly to keep the project on track.
* Compliance: Ensure all projects are completed in accordance with health and safety regulations and company standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

Proven experience as a Project Manager in the office fit out or construction industry.

* Strong knowledge of project management principles, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and sub-contractors.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the construction industry.
