My client are a well established and highly regarded M&E contractor operating throughout the UK. They have worked with a number of established clients, gaining an outstanding reputation for delivering high quality projects across the commercial, residential, leisure, healthcare, retail, industrial, and education sectors.

They are recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join their business and work on a number of newly secured projects across the Merseyside and surrounding areas.

As the Quantity Surveyor, your duties will include:

* Reviewing project costs for accuracy and addressing any discrepancies.
* Evaluating, pricing, negotiating, and finalising budgets and costs for project scope changes
* Developing and maintaining procurement schedules.
* Preparing bills of quantities and schedules of works to facilitate accurate project pricing.
* CVR reporting.

Requirements:

* Experience of working within the Mechanical and Electrical sector
* Degree qualified in quantity surveying/or similar (HNC, etc) (Desirable)
* Strong analytical and communication skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
