Senior Quantity Surveyor

My client is a family-owned contractor renowned for delivering high-quality construction services across the North West. With a strong focus on new build and refurbishment housing projects, they have earned an outstanding reputation for successfully completing projects throughout the region.

They are currently seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team. The role involves working on a diverse portfolio of projects, primarily new builds (75%) with some refurbishment schemes (25%), across Merseyside and the wider North West, with project values reaching up to £10 million.

As the Senior QS, your role will involve:

* Cost control and value management strategies.
* Monthly forecasts, CVRs, and Profit and Loss statements
* Oversee the commercial aspects of the project
* Manage cash flow.
* Manage subcontractor payments.
* Provide guidance on contractual issues.
* Variation Account and forecast final accounts.
