Project Manager | £45,000 - £65,000 per annum | Warrington, Cheshire

I am currently working with a Surveying and Consultancy based in Warrington, looking for a passionate Project Manager to join their team!

Our client is looking for driven individuals with healthcare project management experience, eager to tackle challenging and rewarding projects.

In this role you will lead the delivery of construction projects for our client's healthcare and social housing clients. You will be involved in the set up of projects with clients through to completion.

You will be responsible for:

* Project management
* Client relationships
* Health and Safety
* Performance management
* Business development

What They Are Looking For:

* Achieved or prepared to work towards Chartered status (RICS/ CIOB/ APM or equivalent)
* Relevant construction degree (or equivalent)
* Experience of both JCT and NEC forms of contract.
* Project management experience.
