Project Quantity Surveyor

My client are an innovative contractor and developer specialising in construction and residential projects such as luxury homes, design and build apartments, care homes, retail spaces, warehouses, office buildings, restaurants, and leisure facilities, with project values ranging from £500,000 to over £10million.

They are recruiting for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their team. Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Efficiently manage project costs from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to budgets and financial objectives.
* Help to oversee the procurement process, including tendering, negotiation, and contract administration.
* Identify opportunities for cost savings and value enhancement.
* Effectively manage subcontractor relationships, including procurement, payment applications, and dispute resolution.
* Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, forecasts, and cost analysis.
