Buyer

My client are a leading housebuilder, boasting a stellar reputation for creating exceptional family homes across the UK.

Due to sustained growth, they are recruiting for a Buyer to join their team. You'll be working on new build housing projects.

Duties and responsibilities to include but not limited to:

* Procurement development from start to finish on a new build housing projects
* Management of group subcontractors regarding any purchasing
* Supporting the Procurement Manager in regard to buying and purchasing.
* Liaising with internal and external teams
* Responsible for contract documentation and new product set ups
* Cost management

Requirements:

* Experience in working as a buyer for a housebuilder or main contractor
* Experience with using procurement software
