They are recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team and work on £30m scheme in Cheshire. The project involves the redevelopment of a prestigious estate for one of the highest net worth individuals in the UK.



Key Responsibilities:

* Cost control and value management strategies.
* Monthly forecasts, CVRs, and Profit and Loss statements.
* Oversee the commercial aspects of projects.
* Manage cash flow.
* Manage subcontractor payments.
* Provide guidance on contractual issues.
* Variation Account and forecast final accounts.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in residential construction projects.
