Building Careers UK are looking for a versatile Multi-Skilled Joiner join a dynamic company in the North West.

In this role, you will:

* Complete responsive repairs in tenanted properties, including joinery, plumbing, tiling, plastering, and painting.
* Install and repair a variety of fixtures, fittings, and household components.
* Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of maintenance issues efficiently.
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tenant satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have:

* Strong joinery skills as a foundation. - Time served or NVQ / City and Guilds
* Demonstrable proficiency in plumbing, tiling, painting, and plastering etc
* Full Clean Driving License
