Key Responsibilities:

* Assist the Site Manager in daily operations and implementation of project plans.
* Supervise on-site demolition activities, ensuring adherence to safety standards and best practices.
* Monitor progress, report any issues, and proactively contribute to problem-solving.
* Liaise with subcontractors and ensure timely material deliveries.

Ideal Candidate:

* Valid CCDO card (essential)
* Demonstrable experience in demolition works.
* Knowledge of safe working practices and relevant health and safety regulations.
* SSSTS
* CSCS card is an advantage.
